I told the technician I had to get a bolt loose. He replied he can do it. I waited 30 minutes for him to put my car on the lift just so he can turn around and tell me it can't be done. I took it to another shop down the street and the technician removed the bolt to my catalytic converter in 30 seconds. The guy at Topete was just lazy and inconsiderate of other people's time! It sucked!

Great service! I've been to three muffler shops and none of them compare to Topetes. They were welcoming and very helpful! They went above and beyond to solve my problem! They were also very knowledgeable and saved me time and money!
