Avoid them at all costs. Worst bank I’ve ever had for anything. Be prepared to not be able to access your account after answering 10 questions correctly as verification and they can’t verify you. They either can’t hear, spell, compute or something.

Absolutely the best branch I’ve worked with amazing staff they are very helpful, definitely have your best interest in mind, and they really just want to help.

We love our credit union. They have never let us down. Recently, we needed copies of checks for a tax audit and Alyssa went out of her way to help. Even on a crowded day, she stayed calmly professional and was able to email the information to me before day's end. Very impressive and kind.

Is tlc a sister bank to Oregon State credit union

Oregon State Credit Union | Aug 20, 2018

Debbie, Oregon State Credit Union doesn't have sister banks. However, both Oregon State Credit Union and TLC Federal Credit Union participate in shared branching through the CO-OP network. This allows you to do basic banking functions like deposits, withdrawals and ATM use at either credit union.
