They will sell you the tool you are looking for if they have to search to get it, but after you buy it they are there when you have any issues. I have bought many things from them and they sell quality and stand behind the sale. Great people.

The people that helped me were the BEST!!!!! I had a few questions about what I was doing and they helped me very well. They knew exactly what I needed before I knew. Thay were always happy and made me feel very welcome and very happy to help me. They made me feel very happy and I will always come back to this store if I need a tool or a question about what tool I might need for a certain job That I'm working on and not to sure what kind of tool I might need. I love salem tools! Buy one piece or a whole set, they have specialty tools and a large selection of power tools. You need a tool? Call these guys first, they are local and often times meet or beat there competitors pricing.

Have been shopping there since it was the only tool store in Salem besides Sears. If you need specialty high quality tools now this is the place to go. Recently went in for a pressure washer coupling the woman knew exactly what i needed and had the o-rings for it. I just wish was open on Saturday.
