I was expecting some ''sleezy, high pressure sales pitch' and it was quite the opposite. Eli was friendly, helpful, and honest. I'm glad we met! Although the budget certainly plays a role when it comes to kitchen remodeling, we will work with you to help you achieve the design and style of your desire by showing you variation of materials and tools that fit your specific budget. However, if certain designs, sizes, or project types you are looking for do not fit your budget we can help you with financing.

However, keep in mind that different elements dictate the length of time it will take to complete the project. Things like size, style wanted, age of the home, condition of the home, and more differentiate each project and will skew the time of completion.

Thank you Mark for your question. Our estimating process can differ a bit from project to project. However, across all projects the first thing we do is meet with the client to discuss the work they are looking to complete and assess the property.
Thank you William for your question. A bathroom renovation cost varies depending on the size of the bathroom and the work you are looking to do, not just the city it is in. For example, a renovation that only includes painting and cabinets upgrade will cost differently in comparison to a renovation that includes new tile or custom bathrooms. For that reason it is hard to give an exact number. However, at EOL Builders we provide all clients with a free cost estimate to allow you to know the detailed cost of the renovation before the project begins.
