This is total management failure building, it's been more than a month there are no lights on in the hallway my daughter fell and I reported too, plus there are old and sick people living here. This place is not managed well. Building is falling apart, laundry machines have not been working for 2 months and there has been no effort to fix it. Plumbing is terrible, there is no pressure and hot water in taps, sinks clog every other week. Most of these are basic requirements for any place with this kind of rent and yet there is no amendment.

Horrible experience, more than 15 days laundry machines are out of order and we are told that it does not come under their scope of work. Now 40 days as on Sept 5 since we moved in the place was full of problems, and so many times work order gets completed on paper but no one visits in reality. Water pressure is too weak in both kitchen and bathrooms. We would not recommend this apartment unless the management takes the residents problems seriously.

Quick responses from management which is nice. I live in one of the more recently rehabbed units and it’s nice for the price, considering the neighborhood. Perfect proximity from the city, with easy access by train or the major highways and tollways. Grounds are kept nice and clean. It could use additional parking for guests, making it easier to have friends or family over. Great experience so far though.
