Snide and unhelpful like others have posted. When you call the listed number, your told it’s quicker to email. Email isn’t quicker, because whomever responds to emails is so passive aggressive.

I recieved a letter in 2017 saying i didnt pay my 2015 taxes so i paid them again plus penalty and interest . i later found proff i paid them so i called back and they found it said they had a new computer system put in so they originally lost my payment however they are refusing to give my additional payment back that they know is mine without a special form from cpa . My cpa says i dont need said form anyways here it is 2021 and i still have gotten nothen they should owe my penalty and interest.
