From the time they answered the phone on my initial call, I knew I was working with a team that cares. Chuck was as friendly and helpful (and more) as anyone I have have worked with. I was rest assured that there would be no cost for me to bring my HP M477 in for a look...no bench fee. The next day, I brought my printer in and Mike was very thorough, going over what it would cost me to have it fixed and offered alternatives. I will report back after it is all said and done, but I wanted to let you know what my first impression was. Thanks guys.
