I had a fantastic experience here Yomara, did an awesome with my dramatic hair cut! Chopped off mid back length to chin! I brought my 2 toddlers in with me and both employees we're friendly and helpful with both me and my boys! Definitely check them out! 💖

Yomara Chacon did partial highlights on my hair today and she did absolutely AMAZING. She was very professional and was super nice. It’s always nice to have a good conversation with someone, she’s very genuine and overall amazing. I recommend her to anyone who wants their hair done!!!

I’m in the process of growing out my hair so I made an appt with Leanne. She did an amazing shape up. We decided that I would keep the length on my neck but the next day I woke up and still couldn’t stand the hair on my neck so I went back in and she took more off. If you’ve ever grown a pixie out, you know what I’m talking about. The mullet stage is horrible! When I arrived I didn’t have to wait, I offered to pay for the second appt as well but she did not charge. She is friendly, knowledgeable, professional and I will definitely be back in 8 weeks for a shape up and see her from now on. Thank you, Leanne!

I would give my experience with Leanne zero stars, if I could. If you are a person of color, DO NOT GO TO THIS SALON. I had just returned from a deployment and was desperate to get my hair relaxed (unfortunately the salons I wanted to go to didn’t have availability). I called and asked if they were experienced in applying relaxers to African American hair. I spoke to Leanne and she ensured me that she had experience doing what I was asking for, so we scheduled an appointment for that evening at 5pm. When I first got there, I saw the first red flag, but unfortunately I was so desperate, I ignored it. I arrived on-time for my appointment, but Leanne was cutting a man’s hair. I waited patiently at the counter about 10 feet away from her, and although she clearly saw me, she didn’t acknowledge me. She was the only employee in the salon at the time. I told myself that maybe she just didn’t want to be rude to the customer in her chair. After about 5 minutes, I decided to walk around the rest of the store and do some shopping for a few minutes while I waited (AFTER my scheduled appointment time). When I returned 10 minutes later, Leanne was outside smoking. After her smoke break (it was now past 5:35), she walked in and said “You must be my 5 o’clock”. Like I said, there were tons of red flags that I lol back on now and question why I ever let her touch my hair, but I was desperate. I once again asked her about her experience level with black hair. She went on to tell me that she was the only white lady at the all-black beauty school she attended. She told me that she had extensive experience doing black hair and relaxers. I had no reason not to believe her. Although I am very articulate, I noticed during our conversation that she was not...she spoke in a way that reminded me of the stereotypical black woman from a bad movie. But each time a white customer came to the counter, she immediately acknowledged them and spoke very proper and articulate. The minute they walked away, she reverted back to her “ghetto” facade. With regards to my hair, she left the relaxer in for so long on the right side, that there was no time to properly apply it to the left side. I kept telling her that my scalp was starting to burn, but she kept moving slow and saying she was almost done. Once it became too unbearable, I told her we were done and needed to wash it out right then. She washed it out and sprayed water all over my shirt. Afterwards, while she was flat ironing my hair, she kept putting a ton of oil on every section before she flat ironed it, so of course, the oil popped up and burned my scalp! After a couple times I told her the correct way that she should be doing it. I’m way too nice so I actually paid her for her services and gave her a tip. The next morning when I woke up, my scalp had scabs on it and my hair was breaking off! I went back and asked her for a refund...she had the audacity to have an attitude with me! She lied about her experience level, messed up MY hair, and then had the nerve to have any attitude with me??? I was so baffled. Worst experience EVER!
