The booking part was great! Nina was amazing and the stars are all for her. When the driver called I was not impressed. She was totally disinterested, sounded like she was bothered and didn’t show any interest or any passion for pets. BCP was advised in writing that my expectations were high for the care of my four dogs. They even added it to the invoice. I asked them to walk them every 3-4 hours, not to play loud music and not to smoke in the vehicle with my dogs. I lost my deposit of $780 but at least I won’t have to worry about my dogs.

Great place to go for all your animal needs. They're very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Inside a very clean building they even help carry those heavy bags of feed to your car. Personally I've got some ducklings and some chickens that are growing up quickly and very healthy. They have a good variety of items from food, to heat lamps, to gardening items and very well priced.
