Haven’t been to PizzaHut in yrs so decided to give the one in Richlands,NC a try. Ordered a simple veggie pizza and 8 boneless wings with bbq sauce. Order was ready when I picked it up, they were not busy and the parking lot was empty. When I got home I opened the wing box only to discover I had mozzarella sticks. (Which I hate) I immediately called this Pizza Hut only to be put on hold and she never came back. I called from a different phone, after several rings someone finally answered. I explained I got the mozzarella sticks and not the wings. She asked if I wanted to come all the way back and pick up my wings! Well, NO, why would I do that with gas prices the way they are? A more appropriate response would have been to take my email address or home address and how about a nice coupon for a free pizza or something like that. THAT would be customer service and not requesting me to drive all the way back and pay for this mistake that wasn’t my fault! I could understand if it was the wrong bbq sauce but how do you get mozzarella sticks and chicken wings confused—-obviously a careless worker that needs to pay attention! Won’t be back to Pizza Hut!!

Ordered a specialty pizza, was a little daunted at the cost, but that delivery fee has to b paid. The pizza was good, will order again.

Terrible and My last time ordering wings. This is mild and hot.... one didn't even have sauce. And they had an attitude about giving us sauce in a cup. Doesn't even deserve 1 star
