I was beyond pleased with the service I received! It was our first order at a butchershop, we asked many questions, sent many emails and DMs, each time we were treated with courtesy and respect! My husband and I did not understand the process, the owner, after a LONG DAY of working the farm and locker, invited us to HIS HOME where he sat for TWO HOURS answering each question, drawing diagrams, explaining the process....all the while remaining friendly, courteous and respectful. We purchased our beef, it was and is the best beef I've had in a long time! Upon arriving to pick it up, I was helped to my car with the boxes and bags. I then ordered a hog. Same experience, they went above and beyond! I've already ordered my next beef for the fall! Bye local, support local. ❤️🤍💙
