The hotel has a nice atmosphere when you are in the lobby and the rooms are clean and modern. The complementary breakfast is really good and they also have complementary drinks two per person per day from 5:30 pm to 7:30 Pm. The laundry and the gym are also a good addition. Customer service is excellent and the room service food is decent enough. My only problem was that they have no security in the parking lot and when you are walking around you can see people doing drugs in their cars and close to the hotel main entrance and that takes a lot from the relaxing and worry free experience that you are supposed to have while on vacation.The pool could be better specially the jacuzzi. The male bartender needs to be more customer service oriented and have a better attitude towards guests but on the other hand the female bartender is very professional and nice. They are also pet friendly. Even with the few negative things I highly recommend this Hotel.

Standard embassy suites of the modern variety views of the spectacular. Then the old box interior with lots of plants style. It seems to me the pool was open. The breakfast was decent. The lobby was a nice place to hang out. The bar was open late. The snack area lady was particularly good. She deserves a five.

The hotel is actually lovely, but the "policies" are rather odd. We were scolded for attempting to take our breakfast to our room to eat. The hostess yelled that this was against their policy for us to eat in our room unless we ordered room service. I attempted to speak with a GM on site, but was told there was no one to speak with. The ladies at the front desk were rather ticked that I asked to speak with someone. On a positive note though, we did enjoy dinner in the dinning room 2 nights and our waiter Marcus was delightful. The food was freshly prepared and presented nicely. Our room was neat and clean.

Very modern and clean hotel. The staff, especially the restaurant staff and the housekeeping staff were outstanding. The food served was excellent. Very efficient, very friendly, very helpful. The gym was 1st class and clean. The rooms were comfortable. The furniture needs to be updated, however, it still was satisfactory. I highly recommend staying here.
