The complimentary breakfast lacked any cold drink beverages throughout our stay and despite raising the concern, the staff did nothing to correct it. Office chair in room was damaged badly. Staff did not seem to have the sense of urgency to address issues of guest and rather just acknowledged and ignored them.

Great stay. Friendly staff. Economical accommodations for the times were in where expenses are higher. Great variety in the complimentary breakfast. Clean rooms. Fresh linen. Nice area of town.

I'm a fire protection contractor and recently serviced the fire extinguishers for this location. Jose Sanchez was my contact and he was extremely professional and we had a dely but with some communication everything worked out beautifully. He's a very down to earth guy and absolutely made this job enjoyable. Jose also has a great sense of humor 👏🏼 🤣 👍🏼 This is a very nice and extremely clean location. Very friendly staff

The hotel itself is pretty good, clean and comfortable. Since it allowed pets, I was a little concerned with the quality of the establishment but was very impressed with how nice it was. We only needed the room for a couple of hours to rest as we were on a cross-country trip in late December of last year. The surprise came after we checked out (3 days after, to be exact) when the general manager made up a claim and charged my card for smoking in the room which, as a life time non-smoker, I absolutely did not do. I have been trying to solve this issue to this day and still have not heard back from anyone from the hotel. My only hope is to continue to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Had I used a bank car instead, I'd be $250 short with no chance of ever recovering that money. Seems to me as management had a quota to be met and decided to commit fraud to meet it.
