Terrible customers service !! I asked for a simple smoothie but they claim that they couldn’t make the smoothie. Don’t recommend this baskin Robins !!!!!

I ordered a specialty ice cream for my grand children and we got half a scoop in one cup with about 6 sprinkles and almost a full scoop in the second with maybe 4 sprinkles. The picture shows it covered in sprinkles. My cappuccino coffee was horrible 😫. Won't go back.

I'm only giving one star thanks to Kalicko saving the day. My little girl wanted to use her birthday coupon and no one offered to help us and we waited and waited, despite there being 4+ people working. (We were also the only ones in line and the drive-thru wasn't busy.) Kalicko realized what was going on, helped us and even went the extra mile to make her a sprinkle cone since they literally had no cones of any kind. I would have walked out but she had her heart set on it - thank you Kalicko for making her day special!
