This was the first time I did not use my vehicle dealership for an oil change. My first visit was good although I did not get an oil change. I was greeted by David who let me know they were closing. He apologized and offered me a bottle of water. He gave me options of when to return and offered me a discount for the inconvenience. I made it back the next day and David was my technician. He was very nice and professional. The service was about 30 minutes. I was very well taken care of and appreciative of the great customer service I received!
