From the time I walked in the door I was treated with great customer service. All the staff was polite and very professional. The dentist I saw was very professional and detailed in talking to me and making sure all my questions were answered. Then I talked with the person that deals with pricing. She left no stone unturned in explaining each package. Wonderful experience!!!

I have never made a review before ..but after coming here I just had to make one! I came in for my appointment the receptionist was nice …but the lady who was on the financial side was not professional…I heard someone refer to her as a manager and I really hope they were mistaken…They were going to start my X-rays and stuff without giving me a price or letting me know if my insurance covered it.. Something told me to ask and the lady told me I’d have to pay out of pocket when I had insurance which covers 100% preventatives…she did a little explaining and then she stoped talking to me and tells the dental assistant to just take me back she just put a coupon on it..I found that so rude and I was so uncomfortable I had to leave..the dental assistant was so sweet but that other lady was just weird..

I have EXTREME anxiety with dental work. My last dental office was less than a pleasant experience. I came to Aspen to achieve a new smile through Invisalign, and discovered I got the entire package! The dentists are More than accommodating with my anxiety. I have been able to relax and have the confidence that my teeth are in the best hands possible, and minimal if any pain at all. I'm extremely grateful for this Dentist office.
