The rooms were extremely clean and the staff at the desk were pleasant and accommodating. Since Covid, housekeeping doesn't clean your room unless you request. However, they will stop by your room to give you clean towels and collect the trash if needed. The only problem I encountered while there was that the drink machine on our floor was outdated and didn't work. When I asked a staff member about it he said that they all had to be replaced and I could purchase from the store downstairs. Unfortunately, I had to shorten my stay, but they were completely undestanding and I was pleased with the expeditious checkout.

My husband and two youngest children stayed the night here when my oldest daughter got married in Fayetteville. We needed the room to get ready for the wedding and to return to after the late reception. The hotel gladly worked with us on early check-in to help us get in and get ready for the ceremony. The smell when you walk into the front door is intoxicating! It continues into the rooms and it's glorious! We didn't have a chance to use the pool/hot tub, but they looked fabulous. The bar was available in the evenings, but again, we missed out. The breakfast was also fantastic, offering many options. We were able to sleep in after a long night until 11am check out without interruption. I highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.

This is a fairly new building here and it's part of the new standalone building design which is spacious, modern and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and well ventilated and plenty of outlets for all your electronics needs. Check in and out can be easily managed on your smartphone as well as room entry. This location has a really cool bar inside and the lobby is exceptional in design and comfort. Enjoy your stay here!

I indicated during the booking process I would arrive between 2-3 pm with the understanding check in was at 3pm. I arrived at @ 2:59 pm. I was greeted for check in but then told to set in the lobby while they verified my room had been cleaned and ready. It was about 15 minutes later when we were allowed to go to our room. We had a previous appointment at 3:30 and the extra wait time had us rushing to make our appointment. We come back to the hotel at 8:15 and requested to enter the pool area. When we were first let in we noticed every chair was covered with dirty towels and there was a wet baby diaper by the hot tub. Luckily we brought our own towels as there was not any clean towels. Another couple came in shortly but around 9:30 another party of 7 was allowed in. This put it over the 10 people limit. Shortly after, the same lady that let the party of 7 came in and berated the man she had just let in stating he had too many and he shouldn't have let other people in as it violated the 10 people rule. We headed back to our room at 9:45. We got up the next morning to go for breakfast which was purchased when I purchased the room. Upon entering the dining area I proceeded to order bacon and potatoes to be interrupted by a women with a clip board that said" excuse me before you can order, what room are you in" I told her 218 and after skimming a few pages she highlighted our name and then responded with "Ok, oh and by the way good morning" My 12 year old noticed immediately and stated "wow mom, shouldn't we have been greeted first?" After breakfast we headed back to get ready for the pool once more. There was cantaloupe spilled on the floor in front of the elevator next to a wet floor sign. We came back to the pool area and the dirty towels and diaper had been removed but still no clean towels. About 20 minutes staff came in with clean towels. At about 9:15 we headed back to the room where we still had to navigate around the strewn fruit in front of the elevator. At this time my shower was interrupted by housekeeping wanting to clean the room. It was not even 10am yet, check out is at 11 and I had to check in late the day before because you were not sure the room was clean but I'm pulled from my shower before checkout to clean the room? How long does it take to clean a room? Finally, I must mention on Saturday the staff all had mask, on check out on Sunday not a single mask was on any of the front desk staff. Did mask policy change overnight or is it just a preference at this point? Not a positive experience and was not impressed by the Hampton, definitely not worth the Hampton price. Thank You for your time as this is the 2nd time I have been asked to rate my stay. The first time I rated it I did not provide any written statement just scores.
