Please don't stay here if you value your life fire chief shut them down for them to reopen and the elevator still doesn't work properly thats very dangerous. STAFF ATTITUDE IS HORRIBLE ..

Had made prior reservations, paid ahead of my trip and when we arrived, we were told they had double booked and didnt have a room for us. They never tried to contact us about it. The clerk was not exactly pleasant about it. So, at 9pm on a friday, we had to try to find a different hotel, took us over an hour as everywhere else was full. The rest of our group still had their 2 rooms, so we were inconvenienced by the separation as well. It took 5 days to receive our refund. To be honest, I wasn't mad about it after seeing the photos our friends took of their rooms. The Residence Inn by Marriott, where we ended up was absolutely lovely and very accommodating. Their staff was far more personable as well.

I booked a king room, but only double rooms were available. The room reeked of cigarette smoke. The carpet was not clean. The floor of the white tub was brown. The security latch on the door did not work. The hot water in the shower ran out very quickly. There were burn holes in the quilts on the bed. After walking off the elevator into the hallway on the 6th floor, you will see a pile of microwaves. There are also panels falling off the wall in the hallway. Some of these expose rusted pipes within the wall.

The Hotel was under renovation so certain conveniences such as elevators did not work well. But we were told this in advance. There was no outlet near the desk so had to use outlet over bed to run laptop. But just a minor inconvenience. The room was clean and provide everything we needed. So I would stay there again.
