The Staff Are Absolutely Fabulous Ray Jay Jay Ricky Mildred were all wonderful. Our room was beyond clean and Chef Vincent food is to die for. Would definitely choose this property any day and will be back.

I had a great stay here for my family reunion. The front desk lady Malorie was great very nice and friendly. We had a couple of issues on the billing side and with the cleaning of our room after my nephew got sick in the room. When we went to check out the hotel manager Ray was very attentive to our problems and was on top of everything trying to get them fixed. She corrected our billing issues and let us know she will speak with the staff about the cleaning. I will definitely be returning

This hotel is very clean and in a great location. My issue was it is 2022 and the internet did not reach the 3rd floor...probably even the 2nd floor. You will have to go to the lobby with your laptop to get any type of work done. Breakfast had the weirdest hours. I believe it started around 7 to 7:15 in the morning and I think made to order. Checking in was not too bad, but some customer was talking to Linda forever and gave me the 1 min finger (knowing he was talking too long about nothing). I just wanted to check in and he could continue whatever conversation about what road he took to where to her. Other than that, the staff seemed pretty friendly. I would recommend this hotel for families if you like a clean place to stay, not for people on business trip without a puck. Overall experience clean, but not business friendly to get work done.

We booked an extended Memorial Day weekend stay at this hotel. The facilities and amenities were amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, as this was a new location. However, housing keeping failed to service our room. Each day we had to request towels for use in our room and at the hotel pool. Linda, the attendant at the front desk advised that this lack of service was due to Covid. Additionally, when requesting assistance from Linda each time, she had an attitude and was very confrontational. I have been an IHG rewards member for 10+ years. This was the first and last time that I have been met with unprofessionalism. My family and I will not stay at another IHG hotel. There are too many other hotel options.
