Was here for an extended stay and scheduled for a cleaning on a certain day and one of the younger housemaids knocked on the door asking us to pretend she had cleaned our room until tomorrow when she could actually get to it. She was obviously messed up on something that had her slowed down a bit… a lot. I The people in these hotels don’t realize that for some of us life is a bit arduous at times. They are only temporary in your life as you come and go so to them you really are nothing but a time slot. Now, I’ve had the unfortunate opportunity to be a permanent here for the past few months and honestly they could care less how hard things are or if you’re enjoying your time spent here or not. It’s all about the money to them and god help you if they don’t like you or the way you look. When you’re forking out thousands to hand over to them it’s all smiles and yes sir no sir. After that…

Pretty disappointed in staying at this location. We're gold members and we love staying with this company. But this hotel is definitely in need of updates. Part of the ceiling was hanging, the ceiling that held the fan in the bathroom was hanging down, anything that was metal was rusted, the king bed bowed in the middle, and we were told there'd be a hot breakfast in the morning but there wasn't. Staff was great though!

Someone attempted entry into my room at 12:45 am with a key. No phone in the room to call the front desk. I had to use my cell phone and the front desk person was a bit rude. The bathroom was disgusting. I had to get my cleaning stuff and get the mildew out of the shower. I was comforted by the front desk day staff K and L the next next morning. There were three housekeepers that were so helpful and understanding. I was suppose to receive 12,000 points to my choice account and have yet to receive them. 😌 I have pictures

The location was convenient as its right off I-95. After hours of driving we stopped here to sleep. When my kids started showering I grabbed a towel and noticed dry snot on a towel, a bunch of hair on another so I used a towel I had packed. When opening the fridge, there was old stuff left from a previous guest that was not cleaned out. When I went to shower I noticed all this mold on the shower curtain that obviously hasn’t been cleaned in who knows how long. We were tired and I used sheets and blankets for the bed that I brought with me. In the morning when my son woke up, his eye was sealed shut. I looked around the area he slept and found mold beside the bed. I was upset. Also, for some reason there is a coffee maker, cups and tea bags in the bathroom. Thousands of people use those bathrooms and bacteria must get on these things. Im pretty sure that’s not sanitary and it should not be in there. This has to get fixed. I read other reviews and only see apologies but obviously the problems don’t get fixed. I would never go here again and would not recommend it to anyone! It’s disgusting and dirty. I should have kept driving even if I was tired. I didn’t know mold would be in the room and would affect my 6 year son. I also took pictures of everything to send to choice hotels. Hopefully there will be changes
