Positive: Nothing at all. Negative: It needs to be upgraded. Bathroom door missing lock, hair dryer broken, dog poop on the hallway carpet. Security was a major concern. Too many people wondering around the lobby and the hotel premises.

I had a horrible experience with Red Roof Inn. I had called earlier in the week to change my reservation to the following week. Which I was told would not be a problem by Lydia. When I did not recieve a confirmation email I called back. Lydia explained she was very busy and would get to it later. The day before the existing reservation I called again asking for a confirmation email. She responded she did not do it because I booked through a 3rd party. If she had informed me of this when I originally called I would be able to change the dates or cancel the reservation. But the day before you cannot. She is the manager and was not sympethetic to me having to eat the $90 reservation. She became very rude and aggressive to me over the phone. She hung up on me. When I kept calling back she said "ma'am if you keep calling I am going to press charges against you personally!!" Then hung up. That is not how you talk to people or act like an adult. Do yourselfs a favor and just go with a nicer hotel. Its not worth it.

Never again Supposed to be non smoking but hallways smelled strongly of smoke along with unidentifiable bad odor. Multiple bags of trash in hallway outside room doors. Kids/adults very noisy in halls until 12am. Beds/ main area of room ok but no power to plug by sink so couldn’t use hairdryer or coffee pot set up there. Bathroom was terrible! Very small, fan very loud, only one dim lightbulb in fixture/ toilet flushed ok but very loud noise and vibration/ shower very dark and moldy Waited in lobby 10-15 minutes for someone to come to check us in. When we left only person who was around was cleaning lady who just asked what room we were leaving. Once we got in and saw the environment and some of the questionable people hanging around, did not feel very safe. We locked in, didn’t sleep well and left early the next day Minor but TV picture distorted frequently and vibration in speaker

This hotel was terrible. When we first got there we had to switch rooms because it sounded like a jet engine was taking off from our HVAC unit. The second room had a shower door that didn't open, but we let it slide. We went to sleep for a couple hours and woke to a dog yipping, people running down our hallway, hitting our door and a herd of elephants above our room. My husband opened the door and a gentleman was outside with his pants around his ankles. We called downstairs to complain and she said she would switch rooms. We packed up (a midnight), went down there only for her to tell us it's been over 2 hours so she can't switch our room. She said she would get the issues "resolved." With the amount of issues we had there was no way this could be resolved in a timely manner so we left. They refused a refund, but luckily we booked through hotels.com so we got a credit back. We stay at this level hotel often so we weren't expecting anything great, but this was horrible.
