Very nice venue. Saw the Shins perform here. We were in the balcony. Good view. It is a bit steep and the seats are very tight. But overall great venue.

Great place for a concert. Seats were awesome in the Orchestra section but honestly didn't see a bad seat in the house. Drinks a bit pricey and some people don't know the courtesies of a darkened sit down theatre but all in all a great experience

1. The recommended Evan Jones parkade lot is a maze. Poorly lit and no internal maps make it a dismal garage needing attention for ease of use especially at night. 2. Everyone at the civic theater was welcoming, helpful and thorough. It would have been beneficial to know in advance what food was available so we could have planned that option. Most theaters we've visited barely sell bevyand snack nuts but yours had much broader menu. Missed sales opportunity. 3. The balcony seating and audio was acceptable. As well there were several places to sit in the lonby areas pre-show. 4. Reasonable pricing and ease of stairs access. Nice show and theater. Not so much the parking garage.

My girlfriend and I went to go see Rent, and which was their final tour after 25 years. The venue was great! The musical not so much, but we were surprised that this musical lasted as long as has it did. We ended up leaving the venue at intermission, as did many others, yikes! 🤯 Will go back for other plays/musicals!

No but there's a window at the theater that they might help you too get jour ticket.
I know they have a few seats on each side of the orchestra that are called side transfer seating. Something that swings out so I’ll bet they are accomodating
They have elevators to access seats in Row H in Mezzanine and Dress circle and Row W in Upper loge. They also offer companion seating and seating for patrons with wheelchairs.

Best option would be is to call them & ask. Try to get a person to talk to you about it. Not a computer. If you are unable to print them from home/email, I don't know any other option than contacting them.
