This is my first trip on the new trolly. I downloaded the MTS app and tried to register. The app refused to send me the OTP. I tried on another phone with the same result. OK. I’ll buy a Pronto card at the station. Nope. The credit card reader is busted. No-one can enter a card into the reader. I had cash so I bought a Pronto card for me and my daughter. I tried to use the card and it worked for one passenger but not for the second passenger. The public transportation system works in San Francisco. Maybe they are just better than us

If you find yourself stuck for a while waiting for another bus in the morning, you can go grab a bite at the mall taking the stairs on the back. Just follow the running man and look for the surfboards. Stairs are right next to them.
