I started with just kickboxing which is a great way to get your cardio in, then I began taking the jiu jitsu classes and I am already addicted. It all depends on what your coming in for. Down can be any where between $200 to $500 and monthly $50 to $100. The classes. Rang from fitness, Brazilian jujitsu for kids and adults. Or Muay Thai kick boxing for kids and adults. Gym is open mon through fri 5 till 8. I would come in to see if there running a special.
Contract but can can cancel any time with a month notice. It's a great place
