I live here for one year.. we decided to stay .we decided to stay and got a smaller apartment..we had to move out by Agust 13.. we paid for the old apartment rent and paid for the new one..witch between came out to 2300 Then to fine out we had to oay another 300 from our old one ..that didn't make since..so I called she explain.. and I said to her .. I just paid alot.. I need time to pay for that.. she said to me..let me see what u can do..and the next thing I know .. there charging me800 I could not pay 300 and now 800 ..I know it don't matter to them but I also have my mother in the hospital. I don't recommend this place they don't treat you like they want you to stay..

My wife and I have been shopping around for a place to rent in Central Florida. When we came across MAA we walked into a honey hole. Cara has gone above and beyond doing everything she can to help us through a very difficult time in our life. I can't speak highly enough about the kindness and professionalism she has shown and I wish I could give more than five stars.

Decided not to renew my lease because of many many issues and the rent increase was insane. I am due to leave the premises on the 28th, recently tested positive for COVID and asked for 2 extra days due to the fact that I am extremely sick. Was told I would have to pay for the additional days even though, the apartment is not set to be rented. Called the office manager and left 2 messages and to no avail. This company does but care about people! Check out the reviewed in their corporate page as well. What a shame!!!!

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
Some of our communities have dog wash stations, while others feature Bark Parks and other dog walking amenities. Please refer to the community page you’re interested in for a full list of pet amenities.
MAA is dedicated to the more efficient use of our natural resources. We employ smart irrigation practices at most of our communities. These include implementing weather-based control systems, low-flow irrigation devices and the use of reclaimed and well water. We also use drought-tolerant plant material in our landscaping that requires less water and incorporate hardscaping to reduce turf area. Our highest irrigation use properties undergo annual efficiency audits. Since 2012, we have saved almost 100 million gallons in our landscaping program as a result of our conservation efforts. Many of our communities install low-flow plumbing fixtures in our kitchens and baths and we monitor community water use throughout the year to spot opportunities for improvement.
