Hi Maureen, Please contact the Call Center at (619) 525-3600, open Monday - Friday from 9:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. For security reasons, we cannot publicly post instructions for things like this. Also, unless we have a Power of Attorney on file naming you as your husband's attorney in fact, your husband will need to be on the phone with the Call Center representative in order for us to give out any information pertaining to his SDCERS account.
