Caesar's Appliance Technician Victor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with the freezer/ice maker quickly, explained the issues to us and the recommended part replacements. One week later, Victor was back with the parts and he got to work replacing the parts in about an hour. He showed us the faulty parts, which clearly looked to be in bad shape. He reassembled the freezer, checked that everything was working properly, cleaned up the work area and told us he was done. Very professional in every way. Highly recommend Caesar's and Victor for your home appliance diagnosis and repair.

Thomas from Caesar’s Appliances was a pleasure to deal with. He was knowledgeable, courteous and professional, explaining his evaluation every step of the way. And he hung in there, returning until all the issues with my GE refrigerator were fixed. I would definitely recommend him and Caesar’s to others.

Ray was very pleasant and polite. He asked me how my day was going [not so well] & listened while I briefly told him why. He was knowledgeable and did not try to upsell me at all. In fact, he mentioned other options to getting the machine repaired. I was very pleasantly impressed by him.

Avery exit off I-5 just past Enterprise car rental. Purpose behind this review is to inform that this is the place to go or call for parts or repairs. Even during this hyper inflation period this business is very reasonable, honest, and dependable. I only do reviews on businesses that are WAY set apart from others like it. So, you shouldn’t be surprised then when I also ad that they are also open on Sunday to serve you when everyone else is closed. This is the one south county people. If you have appliance issues, call Ceasers place and consider it handled Ten star ratings are all I do because they earned my time to tell you about them. :-)

If the drum does not rotate when you start it, you may have a broken belt. If it rotates, but there's no heat, it could be anything from a simple thermal fuse, to coils, and could even be a bad board depending on the type of dryer you have. I'd recommend having one of our technicians come out and diagnose it for you.
