Hi Lisa that's a really great question thank you for asking. Right now is a great time to buy a home in Laguna Niguel. The incredibly low interest rates currently available contribute to an increased affordability. We typically have a year round selling season here. Though things can slow down in 4th quarter due to seasonal holidays, and there may be less competition for properties then. Please let me know if you have other questions 😊🏡
