Delivery of dumpster was prompt, so I was happy, at first. Dumpster was delivered with compacted soil in front corners. Emailed the picture of soil after speaking with them on the phone because they said they would deduct weight. Scheduled a pick up of the dumpster to have it removed from my house. No one came to pick it up. A few days later I emailed them. Received a response they would look into it. A few days later emailed again since I never heard back and the dumpster was still in my driveway. Next day I called since I still hadn’t heard back and still had dumpster and we were expecting a stone delivery that day. Meanwhile in their disclosure they are not responsible for precipitation. They extended our rental for free (not like we needed it but because we still had it a week overdue of their pickup date) because we had a stone delivery scheduled which would block in the dumpster. Ended up getting a call from pick up driver saying he was 30 mins away. I didn’t even email to notify we got the stone moved and this call was well before the agreed extended date. Then once they picked up the dumpster they billed us excess weight when there was compacted dirt which they claim only looked to weigh about 20 pounds. They also could not pick up the dumpster on the agreed date and waited until after a long rain to pick up the dumpster (water was pouring out as they were sliding it onto the truck). Will not use them again for our personal use or business use.

They cheat you on your dumpster rental, charge extra for bogus extra weight. The weight ticket was dated on a different date than the date they removed the dumpster. After I point the error the company never respond to me. I would use local family owned dumpster company because the local owned is honest. Just update this google comment as I got response from the owner. Just let you know I know how much I was charged by the local family owned dumpster company and I never got extra weight charge even I put more stuff in the same sized dumpster. Also the extra charge comes two weeks later so you have no idea that you will be over charged. I showed them discrepancy of the date of weight station and the date they removed the dumpster. Never got response back after that. Never use this company again.

Our standard rental period is 21 days. However, a shorter time period may apply to your order depending upon the demand for dumpsters in your location. Extended rental fees will apply when keeping your dumpster longer than the included rental period. The included rental period and applicable extended rental fee is always disclosed in our quotes. We recommend ordering at least 24 hours in advance to ensure we have a dumpster available. Please note there is no guaranteed delivery time, so if a roll off dumpster is needed first thing in the morning, delivery should be scheduled for the day prior.
