A Main Line gem. I've found the Philadelphia Print shop to be a great source for maps and artwork. Highly recommended as a source for gift giving or for your artwork and antique maps for your own home. a fun place to visit.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I had purchased an item from their store online a few years ago, so I wanted to stop by during a work trip to Philadelphia. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Jane was very helpful and assisted me with finding several maps/prints of specific areas of the country.

Thank you for your offer. We have already been in contact by email or phone.

I have two prints and wonder if there is any interest. One is a JMW Turner Colored Engraving circa 1850. It says R. A. Pinxt and W. Richardson Sculpt. It is a print of two women and a dog at the water’s edge. I think it is called “Crossing the Brook

Thanks for inquiring. Unfortunately, while JMW Turner prints are handsome, we already have quite a few and are not looking to acquire more at this time.

I have a leather bond German Bible dated 1692. Does it have any value. Lanie

In general, the value in an old Bible is greatest to the family whose history is often recorded in the volume. That being said, if a Bible in German was published in the US, that can have some collectibility, but 1692 is probably too early for a US published Bible in German.

Hello! I have two lithographs prints: one from Vincent Van Gogh and one from Monet, and also I have Pablo Picasso print. I want to sell them. Are you interested? Or do you know anything wanted to buy them? Thank you

Unfortunately, we no longer offer appraisal services. We recommend that you search for the title online to see if there are comparable volumes for sale.

Do you print and price books?

We do not do any printing. We sell antique prints and maps. Sorry not to be able to help.

I have some currier and ives prints that i'd like to sell. How do I do that?

Unfortunately, we are not buying any inventory or taking any new consignments. You could contact an auction house near you, and if they don't handle prints, perhaps they can point you to someone who does. Good luck to you!

I would like to know if you do appraisals of a book for insurance purposes. I have a first edition hard cover copy of "DUNE" flat signed by Frank Herbert with a letter of provenance included that is in fine very condition with dust jacket.

A first edition such as you describe is not our area of expertise. The Raab Collection does deal in autographs, and might be able to be of assistance.

Do you do restoration of prints?

We are no longer offering paper conservation/restoration services.

I have about a dozen Currier & Ives & Better homes and gardens from the early 50’s. They are still in rolls and are mostly mint. Looking to sell them.

Thank you but I am in the process of selling my map collection. There is a good auction place in Philly but can't remember the name right now. Give them a call. Good luck
