We always enjoyed this hotel because it has warm friendly staff, nice rooms and is in the centre of Calistoga on walking distance of restaurants. But now they totally raised the experience with their transformation of the pool area to a main attraction. Misters to cool you down during the day, fire pits in the evening, complimentary wine tastings 4:30-6:00pm, great music, drinks & food for sale and a wonderful attentive person (Trina) to serve you. When you want to have fun and chill this is the place to go.

Hotel staff was accommodating and friendly. Our room was spacious and clean. The best part of the hotel is the location. Walking distance to restaurants and a short drive to several vineyards. Would go back and recommend to anyone traveling to Calistoga.

They do have a hot tub. I don't know if all rooms have fridges but the suite my wife & i stayed in did. Not sure on cancelation policy, check their site
They have private rooms for the baths but the pool and hot tub are not private they are open
