We had a nice start of summer kick-off by the Niguel Summit management staff. We appreciate these community events they do for the tenants here. The tacos were great with a little reggae music felt like a great start to summer. This is why we enjoy living here.🤟🏼

I’ve been here for over 14 years at this community. This team you have in place here is always professional and very kind. They are always helpful the maintenance team is solid. Hands down, this is the best apt complex I have ever lived in. I love being so close to the beach and have found some really beautiful hiking trails nearby. The staff is very responsive and take care of maintenance requests right away. No problems with neighbors (huge improvement from my last place) as everyone seems to be pretty respectful of each other and quiet at night. Great value for this neighborhood.

I absolutely love this place. Moved here 3 years ago from Florida and haven’t even looked for another place since. The community is very welcoming, clean, and the service is top notch!! Olga, Devon, Robert and Ken are wonderful and I actually consider them my friends. I could not be happier! This place is one of the top animal friendly places around and even has a dog park. We are just a couple miles from the beach, about a half mile from some of the best hiking and views in Orange County. I would give Niguel Summit 10 stars but it will only let me put 5! Love this place!!

Our apartments are pet-friendly with no weight restrictions! We do have a few breed restrictions, though, and our on-site team will be happy to provide more details.
