The food was hot, our order was correct and even tho we went on the day Valdese was doing there fireworks and the line was out to the road, we still got through the line in a reasonably fast amount of time. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars is because at the window they tried to hand us another vehicles order but quickly fixed the problem.

This place sucks!!!! Ask at the drive thru for extra napkins, salt and ketchup. They had us move up and when they brought out our food we had 1 napkin and NO SALT OR KETCHUP!! And the food was cold and it sucked. Why can't a flipping multi billionaire company have salt ketchup and napkins in their bags

So it was the morning at 10:00 we went though the drive through and we ordered chicken biscuit and sausage McGriddle and chicken nugget’s they said it would about a 5 minute wait, then thay told us to pull to the left we waited 15 minutes then I went in and told them our food had not came yet then I waited 10 minutes in there and the lady came and said to the cook to make the chicken nuggets 3 times and then we got our food but they said they could not make the nuggets till 11:00 and we left and went to Burger King
