This is a great place to go if you love yard sales. You can find some really good deals on used items if you are patient. Most of the folks selling items will barter on prices, some will ask you to make an offer. Don't expect a shopping experience with products staged with meticulous placement. Some of the buildings caught fire a while back but it appears that they are working to get everything back up and running. The place is starting to look better given they are painting all the buildings the same color. The "Cafe" is more visually attractive than before the fire. I can't say anything about the quality of the food because I've not purchased anything there. There is a large parking area and a bathroom at one end of the buildings.
