I am concerned about one thing though. I have trouble getting in for appointments and for even walk-ins when I have dental or even medical issues but especially when I have dental issues. when I make a mental health appointment the therapist cancels at the last minute quite often. I think fhc is a cool idea but I don't like how swamped they're getting to the point where they have trouble taking care of myself and my friends. I regret to inform me that I will no longer be referring people to you unless the administration can manage patients better patient load better. you can expand the clinics or hire more staff I don't know you figure it out. you have a good idea hope it gets better.

The over all experience I've had at this location is horrifying. The doctors and the nurses, even the front desk, have zero bedside manner. My visit started out "okay" but shortly realized that no one really cares. The nurse that did my ultra sound made me feel like a prisoner. I wasn't asked to remove my clothes, I was told and she stood in the room the whole time as well as when I was told to get dressed. I know they're gonna see it anyways, but is the respect of letting someone get un/dressed is privacy. After being put in my room for the doctor to come in I was told that I had miscarried but not in a manner that was kind or sympathetic it was more a "hears your problem get out". I was also told to go do labs and that the ladies up front would help me. No one helped me. I didn't get any discharge paper work, and was just allowed to walk out. Now said anything or gave me anything. When I came back 2 days later for labs again the receptionist informed me that I need to switch them to my pcp even though I only saw them for ob, and that I would have to pay out of pocket for all of my ob appointments. Not only did this upset me because I wasn't coming back. But they were suppose to call me on Friday about mt results and NEVER DID!

Bill Chou was in and out of my exam within a couple of minutes. Went in with groin pain and a lump I discovered. Never did he ask me about my pain or if I had any additional questions. All he did was feel my lump and said “ok”, and said he’ll put in for an ultrasound a month out. When I asked the medical assistant Daniel about me getting labs done he said I was supposed to ask the doctor. He was very dismissive about it. I didn’t even realize my visit was over with the doctor since he was in and out so fast. The only reason I asked for labs was because I was told I needed them done the last two times I called in for my refill of medication. I asked Daniel to ask the doctor and he said he’s with other patients. I told him I’d wait and instead of getting the doctor he got some rude manager that was also dismissive. He said I’m not getting labs done today and he already asked the doctor, and that I need to call back to set up another appointment with Lori Lapina. I told him I’m here now and I shouldn’t have to come back for labs and pay another $20. He looked up my history and saw a request for labs was put in at the beginning of the year. Again he told me I’m not getting labs today since I came in for a different issue. When they took my blood pressure it was high so I should have had labs to see what was going on. They made me feel like I was just a number to them and not a person with feelings and concerns. For being professionals they were all really unprofessional. I’m not surprised by all the bad reviews here. Overall my experience was very negative and I’ll not be seeing this doctor or his staff again.
