I have see doctors at this clinic, ONLY BECAUSE IT HAS BEEN CONVENIENT. Pro: "They offer Saturday appointments." The doctors are very good overall. The nursing staff and front desk are helpful and very diverse for location. You can pay for service out of pocket according to income. They take many insurance plans. Cons: "There is no parking." The area is very shady. The facility is very outdated. The place feels unsafe. It is not very well kept.

Didn’t even have to go in here to have a bad experience. The receptionist was extremely rude and unhelpful. I needed to make an appointment because this was where Tricare told me my new PCM is. I called with the information given to me. The receptionist treated me like an idiot, and I that I was a problem for trying to make an appointment. I’ll be looking for a new PCM unfortunately. Go anywhere else. Wish I could give zero stars.

My urgent care doctor recommended I come here because I'm having a hard time getting my medication approved by workers comp. They wouldn't even let me make an appointment, claiming they didn't deal with workers comp (I explained multiple times that I wasn't there for workers comp), and I needed to talk to a supervisor before they would do anything. After waiting awhile, I realized it was a waste of time. If they don't grant appointments for someone who is uninsured and unemployed, what do they do?

I have had a great experience with Dr.Alonzo, but every time I want to make an appointment theres always an issue. My insurance can't be found, even though I've been going there for the past year, My file can't be found, or when I get prescriptions filled they aren't ordered properly. -_- The front desk staff is ok I guess, they could be warmer when assisting us.
