Great hospitality and very professional. I do not have a checking account with PCU and I'm always treated with much respect. Every time that I have questions about anything they've always taken the time to explain everything -- I can ask a lot of questions. This is why I prefer to use this location to make my loan payments.

With increasing usage of electronic banking services - online banking, mobile (phone) check deposit, online loan payment, deposit accepting ATMs, etc. our in-branch traffic has decreased significantly, especially earlier in the week, i.e. Monday – Wednesday. Over time we’ve adjusted our lobby hours to reflect these changes in traffic flow and usage. During the latter part of the week when we experience the most traffic our lobbies and drive-ups are open until 5pm or 6 pm on Thursdays, and 7pm on Friday.
