Cannabis does have anti-inflammatory properties, which may or may not help treat extreme bone pain. It is fairly harmless (in proper doses. All good things in moderation), and entirely up to you and your doctor to decide to try it.
There are no recreational dispensaries in RI.
Yes. Rhode Island is imposing a new restriction that in order to use an out of state medical card you must have proof of residence with that state. You will not be able to use an out of state card as a resident of Rhode Island in the future. For now its fine.
