This place is local and educational. The fun is all about actually learning proper technique in gymnastics and by it's correct terminology. They keep them busy and the engagement is that of a coach, less of a day care activity director which is perfect.

Great with the bigger kids. Unfortunately they aren't that good with little kids, unless they act perfect and always listen to exactly what they are told. The coaches are just kids themselves and not trained to work with little kids. Their patience in very short.

We currently have Bronze and Silver Xcel levels, they train in our Citrus Heights location and in the off season preform exhibitions at events. For more information call our office at any of our three locations!
There is a registration fee $50. monthly rate is $82 for 1 day out the week for hour. You have the opportunity to try the class for free 2 times.
No they do not. Every so often they do a parents night out.
They accept children up to the age of 16.
