Dr. McRoberts, please provide a number or contact info. to speak with you. There are serious deficits with the services your staff are providing. I've asked them for an email to contact you, which the receptionist would not provide. From prescriptions requests not being addressed for 4 days, even after multiple telephone calls, request for the documention to provide to SPCA for euthanasia not provided, to my early morning message call today still not returned re euthanasia for the sister cat, and pricing misinformation. I've gone to you for 15 years and never have I seen such a horrendous support staffing. This name is an online handle; I wish there would have been a better way to address.

I am very unhappy with this veterinary clinic. They have no sense of urgency, and although I like Dr Lianne, there is no noticeable empathy coming from the employees. I desperately need to bring Violet in to check for a UTI and they could not see her. I need Timmy's records sent to a new vet which I requested at least 2 weeks ago. Nothing. Thanks Petcare.

You should call about prices but they take good care of all my pets!
As with all vets it depends on the type of blood work and how many x-rays are needed But they are good ppl and really care about the animals so I would definitely recommend them
