I have only good things to say about my experience with Advanced Pain Diagnostic & Solutions. My P.A. Sara is up front & honest about what my expectations should be, how we will progress & offers many options. I will soon be have my CESI (Cervical Epidural Spinal Injections) While I admit I had reservations because previous Injections have been 50/50. I was given the option to be sedated and the Injections will be assisted by Floroscopy and I won't be risking movement or forcing myself to stay still due to pain or discomfort. I've experienced a spinal fluid leak before & the headache defies description. The person was inexperienced with avoiding my flavor of cyst & stuck the needle directly in it. Being under constant pressure they readily leak. I have no cysts where they are doing the injection and it says a great deal about the trust Sara engendered for me to be hopeful albeit somewhat anxious & willing to proceed. The office staff are very kind & professional, even when immediately transitioning from a patient who was rather rude to them & not the person responsible for their frustrations. Both the front office people tried their level best to address what was clearly not their fault with patience & clarity. Not easy to do. I know from my medical career. Brava ladies

Not at all one that I would recommend. No customer service skills, no compassion for the customers waiting to be seen or waiting to get an answer on the phone!! Today, Jackie, the one in charge of the medication issues basically hung up on me, well, she did!! She might as well have said “stop calling and bothering us!” Click!! As I said no compassion for the patients in pain, trying to get their meds filled. They don’t go that extra mile to get you taken care of!!! Don’t waste your time…..

I call and ask them for phone interview and tell them why. But as of last month they only allowed 2 people in waiting room and rest waited in lobby they are really stretching there appointment so like 4 people at a time there waiting and they moved there room to down the hall. I call them and tell them and see wat they say. You have nothing to loose if u call and ask.
