Don’t move here. Beautiful apartments, horrible management. We actually paid the two months rent just to end the lease vs staying there with our child. 3.2 rating and it was built in 2017. Don’t move here

I am not going to lie that it looks like a high-end apartment complex and most of the units are spacious for working professionals. The representatives at the office are friendly and willing to answer your questions. But, the sound proof of the walls and floors in the complex is horrible and horrible. You can clearly hear from your next doors when they are talking on the phone or talking with their families; OFCS, you can enjoying your neighbors’ movies and musics while they are enjoying. You also can tracking the unit above’s every single steps and listening what they are doing round their home, the big plus, you can enjoying the “thunders” from the unit above while you are working (work from home) or sleeping.

I have been living here for about 8 months now and things are only getting worse. This complex is working over time to strip every penny from its residents and make the building more suitable for people who don’t live here. They recently, without notice, enacted a policy which lets non-residents rent out our amenities through an app called peerspace. Although countless residents have complained mostly about safety, no one seems to care. We asked for a community meeting with the leashing office and were told there was no point in having a meeting, they’d just send us an email. While doing all this they also raised our parking fees, implemented reserved parking (more fees) and raised our monthly water fee. I will admit this is a beautiful place to live with tons of convenience but the management (UDR) has me counting down the days til my lease ends.

Management was an absolute mess last year and still horrible today. I called management to resolve a issue regarding a unit I no longer reside for almost a year and I was quickly reminded about much of the discontent and frustration I experienced when I lived at Station on Silver. The call was handled by MARIA who was nice at first but quickly became dismissive and rude as I tried to get help, honestly, I don't understand how can a person be so rude. I am astounded by the poor level of service in this apartment building, they have changed management companies 3 times in the last 2 years but yet service and quality have not improved and if that wasn't bad enough they now have rude staff members like MARIA. There are some good people who still work there and I know they try to do their best but overall I would never recommend anyone to live here, there is even a private Facebook group created by residents to report and keep up with the many issues at this place.
