The worst customer service ever in the food industry. In this specific location Herndon Virginia Elden St Pizza Hut receptionist they got the worst attitude ever. I never come back in this store ever.

Pizza Hut has come a long way. Their pizza are always innovative yet sticking to key ingredients. Great customer service and great taste at a moderate price. Good for the whole family. I strongly suggest. 👍🏻

Worst experience ever in a pizza hut. Ordered a pizza with 6 toppings and initially got only 4 toppings and they didn't show the pizza while picking it and once checked we called and manager insisted us to come to store and mentioned he would give a new pizza and a discount for next order. When we went there he gave a pizza with just the 2 missing toppings instead of 6. When we asked, he said initial order was wrong and my email showing 6 toppings is an error from website. When we said we can't take the pizza which is different from my order, he was happy to grab our pizza and new pizza back. This is one of a kind manager who is the perfect example for how the customer service shouldn't be.

Annoyed. I paid about $35 to include a $7 tip and $4 delivery fee for a large pizza and 8 wings. I only tipped extra because it’s snowomg outside and I felt bad for the driver. After opening the boxes I couldn’t be more disappointed. The wings were supposed to be honey barbecue, they’re more the size of chicken nuggets from McDonald’s and they’re barely covered in sauce. I called immediately to share my concerns and was placed on a ten minute hold to which I decided the wait was no longer worth it and I would rather share my experience here so others can take note.
