Moved in here September 2021 and got my car stolen middle of September. Went to the leasing office and let them know about it come to find out there is no cameras anywhere around the complex or at the 2 exits they have. Was able to break my lease and get out. Office staff was super rude, always had a attitude whenever we came down to the office and had any questions.

I lived here for a year. Apartment quality: I toured a renovated one, with all new appliances and counter tops and it looked quite nice. However, the apartment that I actually lived in was much older. Everything was fine, but certainly older. If you plan on living here, you will at least want to be sure you know which you are getting. Location: If you work in the area, I would say the area is great. You're very close to the Clocktower shopping center as well. There is so much local food nearby, which is one of the biggest pluses. Not much night life but that's to be expected. Maintenance: Overall very good. The maintenance guys are friendly and prompt to respond to requests through the provided app/website. Throughout my year, they replaced my fridge, garbage disposal, and hot water heater. They also came and unclogged my drain once. Big kudos to these guys, they work hard. Noise: One of my largest complaints about this place is that there is constantly children screaming at the top of their lungs during the warmer months. I know for some people this isn't an issue, but for me it was. Even with all my windows shut, it was pretty noticeable. The walls are thick, but not overly thick. I could easily hear my neighbors playing music in the bathroom shower. Street noise is noticeable, there are constant sirens and cars with louds engines. Parking: Excellent parking, as much space as you need for guests. One of the highlights of this place. Management: It often took 2-3 attempts to reach management by email. They were simply not responsive. When I did get in contact with someone in person at the office, they were usually helpful. Tre King is very helpful and friendly. Misc.: Internet is Cox, worked fine, only went out once. The pool is pretty nice, and usually relatively empty. The Amazon package locker is great. The tennis court is subpar, and there is only one of them.
