In a bit of a pickle, I needed a place to get my oil changed prior to a long road trip. I did a quick search and the Jiffy lube on Elden came in clutch as no appointment was required for said service! I was in and out in a “jiffy” as some would say: 18 minutes total for an oil change, under the hood check, tire check, and complimentary vacuum and exterior window clean. They verbally communicated the cost of things from the moment I got there to the moment I left requiring my consent before moving forward with additional services like changing my air filters which they showed me were looking very rough. Definitely check the company’s main website as occasionally a coupon will be available to lower the cost of your service! All of the gentleman made this experience very welcoming for a first time Jiffy Lube user and I advise everyone to bring their car in to this place!

My daughter was out of town visiting friends when puddles of oil started flowing out of her car and even shutting off while driving after just having the oil changed here at home. The guys at the Herndon, VA location took great care of her and her vehicle. Even with being very busy they took her in and quickly resolved the problem and had her on her way. They could have taken advantage of young girl and problemed vehicle with saying this or that was wrong (when not) with the vehicle and charging a crazy amount. They did not, they showed her respect, professionalism and helped her out so far away from home. Thank you so much for the care and concern you should my daughter.

Took 15 minutes for an oil change and incredibly nice staff. I love that they took time to educate me and showed me the parts personally that I need replacing and why.

Overall great experience! Oil changed, radiator flushed and they had time to vacuum and wipe down my car in less than 15 mins

Hello Eddy, It seems that your service date was early May and this is late July. I'm not sure what triggered your complaint but your last service with us shows a 2012 Honda with 219,000 miles and you received a simple oil change. If you would like to discuss your service please feel free to contact the store and will attempt to correct any issue that you feel is not right.

For over 15 years we have used the manufactures recommendations for the service intervals on customers vehicles. Unfortunately with extended drain intervals on oil it now means that the customer is getting additional recommendations each time they come in for service. If you choose not to service your vehicle according to those recommendations that is your choice. Thank you for your business and thank you for the opportunity to explain our procedures
