Went in May. 2022 Many things have changed since the last time we came 2 years ago. Now you have to pre purchase tickets online. They Don't let you purchase tickets at gate. Parking is free. Prices went up drastically. Adult/$25 kids/$15 Has snack bar but they do allow you to bring in coolers/food, etc. They have a volleyball net, and picnic area available. The sand area does have stationed umbrellas but they get taken fast. Bring your own umbrella. You can rent tubes and can canoe/kayak around lake. They reduced the size of the swimming area which is harder to enjoy with a crowd.They have both grass area/Beach like area with sand. I'm divided if its a trip worth making again. I hike in Mt. Gretna area so I think this is a nice stop for a cool down.

Favorite summer Lake day trip for teenage boys who are good swimmers. Every year I take a group of boys here. They love the high dive and all of the docks. I enjoy sitting on a tube and watching.

I love this place it's great. The high dive is awesome and the tower is awesome. The water was really nice in July. Highly recommend going here. Staff is nice and courteous and kind.
