Ice cream, milkshakes, and floats are the only reason you should go here. The atmosphere and the restaurant are nostalgic and a great setting in Mt Gretna. However If you go for the food you are in for a BAD expensive surprise. The sweet potato fries were awesome but everything else is literally out of a frozen bag and heated in the microwave INCLUDING the burger. How do you mess up a burger? For all you people raving about the food, have you never been exposed to real food in a city with good prices? The crabcake sandwich was all stuffing with ole bay seasoning on a bun. Huh? The lemonade on the other hand was pressed right on the spot and delicious. The flounder sandwich? You guessed it, frozen bag to microwave. And we are talking $12+ per sandwich and a $50 lunch bill before even getting dessert in a separate line. This food sucked. This restaurant could have such a great lunch menu and value if you would do it right but you choose to pull a fast one on families with kids who usually eat whatever. I won't eat here again. Prices were insane. Stick to the ice cream line. The vanilla milkshake and the bananas foster were awesome!

Great lunch with my dad and our family today. The food was good (2 burgers, 2 chicken baskets, and 1 wrap) but prices I noticed definitely increased since last season, which is the case everywhere these days. Burgers do not come with fries but the baskets come with a double portion so easy to share. We saved room for ice cream and it never disappoints. Amidst other selections, my husband and I shared the sundae of the month -the piña colada- it was delicious, though the coconut ice cream could have more of a coconut base to it. Overall a fun time.

I found this shop 3 years while hiking and lakes in area during summer months. This area gets packed in summer. Really great ice cream and short food menu. Seasonal spot that is a great getaway for a cool down. Near mount Gretna lake. Area is populated with Seasonal homes, parks, hiking trails, lakes, golf, etc. In the mountain side so definitely a break from city life. A nice quick weekend getaway. The wraps are awesome. The Jamaican jerk chicken wrap/chicken BLT wrap all the food we had was delicious.

An amazing place for ice creams, coffee, shakes and even food. They have plenty os seating both indoors and outdoors. There is a one queue for ice cream, coffee and milk shakes and a separate one for food orders. Their black bean burger and chicken burger is great and def order some fries

They certainly accommodate dogs outside under the tree canopies, plenty of dog bowls available. As for service dogs inside the restaurant I would also recommend calling.
Yes. It's open from Menorial Day thru Labor Day.
What is the big deal w/a mask?😷 Like someone is twisting your arm? Put it on, buy the IC, & leave!!
There were a bunch of old dogs there when we visited. Most all of them could sit and speak, yet!
No it is not
