Michelle is a perfectionist with great skill and experience. In addition to her great eye for color and aesthetics, she was a practicing nurse before becoming an esthetician and cosmetic tattoo artist, so understands the body’s healing process. She is also very funny and quick-witted, and puts you at ease. I would only go to Michelle for any cosmetic tattoo!

My clients travel from all over western Oregon, people who want great natural looking brows. Please know... price isn't everything. There is some really bad work being done even here in Oregon... and once done, it's more expensive to fix than it would have been to get it done right in the first place. My brows including the initial consultation (45-60 min) plus the initial and followup procedures to give you absolutely the best outcome, is $600.
Upper and lower eyeliner is $600 and includes two visits. Just upper or lower is $400 and two visits.
New eyebrows are 2 visits for $600 If brows were previously done they may need more than a re-enhance which is 1/2 price and a single visit. They are priced at $300/visit Normally all followup visits for cosmetic work are 4 weeks apart. This allows for the skin to completely heal between visits and more precise work to be offered. Upper eyeliner is $450 for standard upper liner including the followup visit. Specialty effects are more.
