UPDATE 8/6: canceled membership due to the management customer service not being up to par, dirty womens areas and non working sauna. Good luck 👍 UPDATE 8/2: sauna still isn’t consistently working. I think they are turning it down below normal temp for people who think it’s too hott If you are coming here for the womens sauna don’t. It never works. I will update this if it starts working regularly but for the last two months I have probably been able to use the sauna successfully like 3 times. :(

This gym has gone through several owners since I first joined. It has suffered since then. Use to offer classes for different needs, not anymore. Don't know if they are losing members or can't find staff. Management seems to be lacking.

I had been a member of this gym for years and enjoyed the facility. But then New owners purchased it and remodeled, improving the men’s bathroom and moving everything around. When it was all said and done, it was a decent gym but we lost some of our Weight equipment. Then they sold to a different owner and The new owner told people who had joined under the previous owner that they no longer had a membership and we’re not permitted to use any of the three gyms in the network. I’ve looked into it some and it doesn’t seem to be legal, but I don’t want to take the time and money to fight it legally. Apparently he did the same thing to several others. IMO, he shot himself in the foot in two ways… One, the people he kicked out will never re-join because of how they were treated and two, the majority of those same people most likely would have renewed their membership if they had been treated fairly.

Solid facility and weights, but extremely messy and unorganized. Free weights are scattered all around with no order whatsoever. Staff and members are to blame. It doesn't seem like they do any cleaning. When you wipe down some equipment, you can visibly see the dirt on the towel. Sanitation level wouldn't be acceptable even before COVID. They recently closed the pool without any notice and when I asked one staff member when it would be back open he said "I don't know. I'm not a pool technician." Nice to have a gym on that side of town, but if there was any other options, I wouldn't still be a member here.

Effective November 18th we are SUSPENDING ALL monthly billing on any & all service fees. Once we reopen, billing will resume on your normal billing cadence. If you have a prepaid membership, it will be extended equal to the amount of time that we are closed. We are committed to providing you with email updates as we receive additional information from the County and State to ensure all of you are up to date on the reopening of your Elements Health Club.
