There is no onsite parking. There is street parking and a municipal lot behind the library a few blocks away.

It's closed at 3pm for what I think might be a private event but usually it is open Saturdays.
I always park on-street using the kiosk with the meter-up app (but you can use cash or credit card). Spots are easier to find if you look West and/or north of Logan Circle. There is usually parking to be found along Winter Street, towards 22nd, or on the Parkway, or just north of the Parkway on 20th.
